Company Cars
Each year we look to include a wider range of environmentally friendly cars, incorporating the latest in vehicle innovation such as hybrid electric vehicles on our company car list that will prove beneficial to reducing you and your driver’s Carbon Footprints. In 2009 we also added new vehicle models that offer a high quality car, with a low Carbon Footprint, for example the BMW 1 Series. In addition to this the average emissions value across the entire company car list has reduced by 3.14% against our 2008 list.
From a Zero Harm 2012 perspective, in addition to an increasing number of cars on our list exceeding the Euro NCAP 5 Star rating, in 2009 we launched a Zero Harm safety initiative to assist in reducing and eliminating our “at fault” rear end manoeuvring accidents. At present, 96% of the cars on our company car list are supplied with rear parking sensors.
