Our solution, successfully manages the competence of operatives, using a custom built system. The framework incorporates a series of specifically designed competency matrices to assess, manage and structure the competence of a particular business. The system is used to ensure individuals are fully capable of performing their work safely whilst flagging the expiration of all qualifications and tickets pertinent to their work.
