The High Mileage Course is aimed at drivers that exceed 25,000 miles annually The course utilises our state of the art Driving Simulator and includes license checks, eye sight checks, practical vehicle safety checks and includes the Break Reaction Unit. These are complemented with a series of presentations as well as driver fatigue and journey planning sessions complete with practical exercises.
• Young Drivers Course
The Young Drivers Course is aimed at drivers between 17 – 25, who are deemed to be most at risk on the roads. The course utilises our state of the art Driving Simulator and also consists over licence checks, eye sight checks practical vehicle safety checks and includes the Break Reaction Unit. This will be complemented with a series of presentations and interactive exercises targeting risk areas for young drivers.
• Defensive Driving Course
The driver assessment course consists of license checks, eye sight checks and practical vehicle safety checks. This will be complemented with a presentation covering various subjects including, mobile phones, seat belts, hazard perception and defensive driving. The course will culminate in an on-road assessed drive in a vehicle of the customer’s choice. The driving technique, safety awareness, defensive driving abilities will be assessed and a written report made available to the delegate and to their manager.
• Collision Investigation Course
This course will enlighten delegates to the types of collision reporting, the role of the Police and Emergency Services, as
well as the various categories of collision and whether they must be reported by law or not. Throughout the day the participant will be engaged in various theory, group and Powervote sessions to hone their knowledge and skills as a collision investigator.
• 4 x 4 Training
Working with BORDA (British Off Road Driving Association) registered trainers, we can put the driver through many situations in a controlled environment to test their knowledge and expertise and instil in them the reactions that will help them to remain safe in any off-road situation.
• Skid Car Course
Our skid car course can in a matter of ours give drivers experience of every possible skid scenario thereby creating instinctive responses and significantly reducing the risks.
