Balfour Beatty Plant & Fleet Services provide both temporary and long term accommodation solutions in Modular Expandable and Portable formats. We have a growing fleet size which is in excess of 3,500 units with an average fleet age of three years.We provide flexible solutions that are tailored to our customers requirements. Our accommodation units are built in with extensive Zero Harm and Sustainability benefits, such as low level lifting techniques to eliminate working at height risks and enhanced energy consumption.
In addition, we offer advice on layout planning in order to maximise efficiencies and to ensure the best possible wellbeing of the building’s occupants. We provide guidance on building regulation compliance, accessibility and help with planning requirements.
